Vet chroma cCRP
Summary
The C-Reactive Protein (CRP) is synthesized by the liver in response to interleukin-6 and well known as one of the classical acute-phase reactants and as a marker of inflammation. CRP is the first acute-phase protein to be described and is an exquisitely sensitive systemic marker of inflammation and tissue damage.

Please follow procedure on the Screening of Vet chroma™ reader.
- Make a puncture on the top of the detection buffer tube by inserting an empty capillary cap.
- Draw 10㎕ (canine serum/plasma/control) of sample with a capillary cap or micropipette.
- Assemble the capillary cap and the tube into one. Shake the 5 times or more until the sample out of the capillary cap by inversion.
- Remove the cap off the top of the assembled tube. Discard 2 drops of reagent onto the paper towel before applying to the cartridge. Load only 2 drops of the mixture onto the sample well of the cartridge. And Leave the Cartridge on the Vet chroma™ holder.
- Instrument for Vet chroma™ tests will start automatically scanning the sample-loaded cartridge after 3 minutes.
- Read the test result on the display screen of the instrument for Vet chroma™ tests.
