Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices are subject to be changed without notice. Payment terms are net 21 days from invoice date. Weldon Biotech does not agree to and is not bound by, any other terms or conditions that have not been expressly agreed to in writing by a duly authorized officer of Weldon Biotech Prepayment against a proforma invoice can be required from new customers.

Delivery
Weldon Biotech reserves the right to select packaging and delivery method to ensure the product stability in the course of shipment and efficient tracking. Transport and handling costs are prepaid and added to the invoice if the ordered products fall below 10,000 rupees. The use of a purchaser’s account number can be arranged only when expressly required by the purchaser. Any damage during transport is covered by the warranty provided in these terms and conditions.
Resale Prohibited
In the absence of an express written agreement to the contrary, all products are sold by Weldon Biotech for the exclusive use of the purchaser and are not to be resold without prior intimation given to the company.
Product Specifications and Uses
With the exception of those immunoassay kits explicitly marked with IVD CE, which are registered in accordance with the requirements and the statutory instruments pursuant to In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices Directive 98/79/EC for in vitro diagnostic use within the European Union countries, Weldon Biotech products are furnished for research use only. Depending on the products classification it can be used as different fields of diagnostics
Technical Assistance

Claims and Returns
Products cannot be returned without any prior authorization. Contact either Weldon Biotech branches or our local distributor for authorization and instructions. Packaging and products should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Notification of damage, shortage, defects or incorrect shipping should be given immediately by e-mail or fax.
Claims for quality or function of our products should contain product catalog number, batch number, and detailed problem description. Raw data obtained with a product, subject of the claim, can be required.
Warranty
All Weldon Biotech’s products are warranted to meet or exceed specifications as given in our product datasheets when used under normal conditions in your laboratory. Should any product fail to perform as warranted, upon notification, Weldon Biotech shall promptly replace it, free of charge. Weldon Biotech’s obligation and purchaser’s sole remedy is limited to such replacement of the product or, at the opinion of Weldon Biotech refund of the original purchase price.
Weldon Biotech does not make any other warranty or representation whatsoever, whether express or implied, with respect to these products. In particular, Weldon Biotech does not make any warranty of suitability, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of any product. In no event shall Weldon Biotech be liable for incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
