Lipoprotein C Ⅲ (ApoC Ⅲ) is a kind of small molecule glycoproteins, molecular weight is 8.8 KD, mainly synthetized by the liver, only a small part synthetized in the small intestine, mature ApoC Ⅲ consists of 79 amino acid residues [1]. The rise of apolipoprotein C Ⅲ is found in a variety of diseases, such as metabolic syndrome, atherosclerosis, CVD, type 2 diabetes, chronic kidney disease, etc.

Assay Principle

This product adopts the immunoturbidimetric determination principle, namely the combination of antigen APO C Ⅲ and specific antibody(Goat anti Human APO CⅢantiserum) form to insoluble immune complex, produce turbidity in the reaction liquid, the level of the turbidity reflects APO CⅢ concentration in serum samples, can be calculated from the dosecorrespondingcurves by the calibration.
